At the Estonian Blood Sausage Party, Nõo Lihatööstus won the main prize with the Joseph Blood Sausage

On Saturday, November 18, from 10 am to 3 pm, the 2nd Estonian Blood Sausage Festival took place in front of the Järve Center in Tallinn, organized by the Estonian Food Fair, Grillfest and the Estonian Grill Association. In addition to introducing the food products of this winter season, the judges of the Grill Association evaluated blood sausages for the Estonian Grill Gala, and the ninth birthday of the Estonian Grill Association was celebrated with a public baking party.

The aim of the party is to respect and introduce the blood sausages available in stores, in addition to everything else good and better that is suitable for a winter dinner table with a blood sausage.

At the Estonian Blood Sausage Party, the judges of the Estonian Grill Association competition evaluated all blood sausages for their taste.   There were a total of 25 different blood sausages in the competition, from six different manufacturers.   The winner this year was Nõo Lihatööstus "Joseph's blood sausage" . In addition to Nõo Lihatööstus, Maks & Moorits, Karni, Rakvere LK, Pärna Talu and Rannarootsi participated in the competition.
