At the Good Food Festival Grillfest, held over the weekend, N\u00f5o Meat Factory was honoured with two awards from the Estonian Grill Association \u2013 Marinaded Ribs of the Year and Marinaded Meat of the Year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Two of N\u00f5o’s new summer products \u2013 “Baby Back” ribs in red marinade and BBQ Master’s pork tenderloin \u2013 were recognized as the tastiest products of the year by the Estonian Grill Association judges during a blind tasting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“These awards confirm that our product development is on the right track and represent flavours that are close to the hearts of Estonians. Both the ‘Baby Back’ ribs in the red marinade and the BBQ Master’s pork tenderloin were developed in collaboration with BBQ Symphony,” said Simmo Kruust\u00fck, Chairman of the Board at N\u00f5o Meat Factory. He emphasized that the company’s goal is to reduce the salt and fat content in its products. “We do not add flavour enhancer E621 to our grilling products. We ensure the good taste of the product by using fresh meat and high-quality ingredients,” explained Kruust\u00fck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Estonian Grill Association judges conducted a blind tasting of the new summer products on May 4th at the grand family grilling event “Grillfest Comes to Visit!” The Estonian Grill Award of the Year is a traditional annual ceremony that promotes grill culture in Estonia and honours the most successful products of the past year, and the tastiest seasonal products, as well as their producers. Last year, N\u00f5o BBQ ribs with blackcurrant sauce and N\u00f5o BBQ grilling meat with blueberry sauce were recognized as the best summer products at the Estonian Grill Award 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
