This week, the major food trade fair Gastro Helsinki will take place in Helsinki, bringing together leading players in the hotel and restaurant industries. “We see opportunities to expand our contacts with key hospitality and catering businesses to supply them with our products in the future. Several meetings have already been scheduled for this purpose,” reveals Simmo Kruust\u00fck, Chairman of the Board. “This year, we will place a strong emphasis on increasing our export volume, so we will participate in several international exhibitions.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
N\u00f5o Meat Factory will also participate in the world\u2019s leading private label trade show, PLMA, which will be held at the end of May in Amsterdam, where manufacturers and retail chains meet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In October, N\u00f5o Meat Factory will showcase its products at the SIAL exhibition in Paris, one of the largest and most prestigious events in the industry. \u201cParticipation in this event provides us with additional collaboration opportunities and allows us to gain new ideas and inspiration for product development,\u201d said Kruust\u00fck. For example, N\u00f5o Meat Factory is already successfully exporting snacks to Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland, but plans to add new markets and product lines soon. The goal is to double the export volume. \u201cAs part of the strategic management master’s program at the University of Tartu, we have conducted a comprehensive comparative analysis of European countries and closely examined the retail markets and strategies in Denmark, Poland, Ireland, Germany, and the UK,\u201d added Kruust\u00fck. \u201cInternational exhibitions are the next step in implementing our export strategy.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
