  1. Eemalda ribide pakendilt kartongümbris ja tee pakendil olevasse kilesse paar väikest auku. Pane 180*C ahju 50 minutiks. 10 minutit enne valmimist võid pakendilt eemaldada kile.
  2. Pese kartulid ja keeda koos koorega peaaegu pehmeks. Lõika kartulid sektoriteks, lao ahjuplaadile ja puista üle kartulimaitseainega.
  3. Pane ribidega koos ahju küpsema (180*C) kui ribidel on küpsetusaega jäänud veel 25 minutit.
  4. Ürditipi jaoks sega kõik koostisosad (hapukoor ja maitseained) kokku.
