- Eemalda ribide pakendilt kartongümbris ja tee pakendil olevasse kilesse paar väikest auku. Pane 180*C ahju 50 minutiks. 10 minutit enne valmimist võid pakendilt eemaldada kile.
- Pese kartulid ja keeda koos koorega peaaegu pehmeks. Lõika kartulid sektoriteks, lao ahjuplaadile ja puista üle kartulimaitseainega.
- Pane ribidega koos ahju küpsema (180*C) kui ribidel on küpsetusaega jäänud veel 25 minutit.
- Ürditipi jaoks sega kõik koostisosad (hapukoor ja maitseained) kokku.
