  1. Eelsoojenda ahi 180 kraadini.
  2. Tõsta maisid küpsema.
  3. Kui maisid hakkavad valmima lisa ahju ka ribid soenema 5 minutiks (ribid sobivad söömiseks ka külmalt).
  4. Kastme tegemiseks sega kokku hapukoor ja BBQ-kaste. Soovi korral lisa natukene soola.
  5. Serveeri ribid koos maisi ja dipikastmega.
  6. Kaunista peterselliga.
