Innovative Meat Snack Line to Be Presented in Amsterdam

In collaboration with the University of Tartu and leading industry experts in the Baltics, we have developed an innovative product—Jerky meat snacks “Snacker by Nõo,” which will be presented for the first time in Amsterdam at the end of May.

“We want to introduce the world to our innovative meat snack, Snacker Jerky Sticks, which we have been working on for a long time. This is a unique line of healthy products—meat snacks made from fresh meat, low in fat, high in protein, and smoked with alder wood chips,” shared Simmo Kruustük, Chairman of the Board at Nõo Meat Factory. “Additionally, these products have an exceptionally long shelf life, lasting up to 180 days at room temperature.” The product line will be presented to an international audience for the first time at the world’s leading private label trade show, PLMA, which will take place at the end of May in Amsterdam, where manufacturers and retail chains from around the globe will be in attendance. In addition to the local market in Estonia, the initial export markets will be Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, and Sweden. The product line will be available in four different flavours: original, with Emmental cheese, chilli, and pepperoni.
